The Patriot Eagle Hot Air Balloon is a beautiful piece featuring a regal bald eagle against a flowing American flag. The hot air balloon shape and the twister curlie tail are both designed to catch the blowing wind and spin. The graphics are designed in a way that the flag appears to move as the balloon spins.
