Kites orgin is believed to date back to the 5th century BC to Chinese philosophers Mozi and Lu Ban but since that time they have played a pivotal role in not only the cultural but scientific advancement for many cultures to become a truly universal world wide phenomenon. From "kite fighting" commonly found throughout Asia to the leisurely kite flying found on America's beaches - kites are great fun for all ages!
